When you inform us of your wish to move forward with representation, you will begin being charged for services. At that point, or as soon as possible thereafter, we will fully explain the fee arrangement as well as the matter of the client’s responsibility for expenses and costs in the case. We make it a practice to keep you updated on all costs and expenses in your case. We send clients a monthly statement itemizing costs and expenses, and encourage discussion of these at any time. In addition, we provide a full written accounting to clients when a case is concluded outlining all of the fees and expenses for your review and approval before any money is disbursed or fees taken.

Fees are calculated either on a fixed dollar amount per hour, an unfixed amount which might vary among the types of tasks billed for, or as a flat fee for enumerated services. All retainers and legal fees are calculated and charged with the inclusion of a cash discount of three percent (3%) of their respective totals; thus, payments made via Paypal or other credit processing companies will incur an additional charge per transaction.

Preferred methods of payment are cash, check, money order, or cashier's check; however, we do accept credit cards for both retainers and for payments after services are rendered (whichever arrangement method is set forth in your Attorney/Client Employment Agreement). Credit payments are processed through Paypal (either online or at our office) which accepts:
